Terms of Use / End-User License Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of Luna Fleet, an internal business application operated for Luna Delivery and its authorized personnel.
Authorized use
Luna Fleet is provided for business use by authorized users only. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time by Luna Delivery.
You may use the application only for legitimate company operations, including fleet management, maintenance, payroll, reporting, accounting, and related workflows approved by Luna Delivery.
Restrictions
- Do not share credentials or allow unauthorized access.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or misuse the application.
- Do not upload or enter unlawful, misleading, or intentionally inaccurate information.
Data and integrations
Luna Fleet may connect with third-party business systems selected by Luna Delivery, including accounting, operational, telematics, communication, or expense-management tools.
Connected third-party services remain subject to their own terms, privacy notices, and availability.
Availability and changes
The application is provided on an internal, business-use basis. Features, integrations, and workflows may be changed, limited, or removed at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the application is provided as available and without any promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Privacy Policy
This policy describes, at a high level, how Luna Delivery handles information processed through Luna Fleet.
Information we process
- Account and access information, such as names, email addresses, roles, and login/session details.
- Operational information, such as truck, route, maintenance, inventory, inspection, incident, and scheduling data.
- Workforce and payroll-related information, such as timesheets, punches, assignments, and approved compensation workflows.
- Financial and integration data, such as accounting records, expense-related references, and system sync metadata.
How information is used
- To operate and secure Luna Fleet.
- To support fleet, operations, maintenance, payroll, and accounting workflows.
- To sync data with approved third-party business systems.
- To troubleshoot, audit, monitor, and improve business processes and system reliability.
Sharing
Luna Delivery may share information with service providers and connected business systems that support the operation of Luna Fleet and related workflows.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce internal policies, protect the rights or safety of users, or protect Luna Delivery and its business operations.
Cookies and device storage
Luna Fleet uses essential authentication cookies and similar on-device browser storage to keep users signed in, secure accounts, and remember basic app preferences. These are required for the application to function and are not used to track users across other websites or apps.
Luna Fleet does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Retention and security
Luna Delivery retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for business, operational, legal, accounting, and security purposes.
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
